Ultimate Reset Day 11

I AM OVER HALF WAY DONE WITH BEACHBODY'S ULTIMATE RESET!!!  Each day gets easier and I am still loving the food I am eating.  Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and a Shakeology.  Lunch was the Quinou Lentil Salad which is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!  I really love this recipe.  I think if you would add some chicken my whole family would love it too.  Dinner was interesting because we had a dinner party with the Holiday Fit Challenge Group.  A good friend of mine owns a Savory Spice Store so she cooked wonderful clean food and used her amazing spices to give us ideas of how to use spices to change up our clean foods.  The food all looked amazing but I picked only a few to try.  I ate kale chips, asparagus and cashews, salad with a light dressing and another veggie mix.  I think I did a good job eating foods that would work with this phase of the detox. My energy was still great today and I have not been tired at all.  I did stay warmer today so maybe that will get better :)  I am really enjoying this program, my muscles are becoming more defined, my cravings are really gone for junk food, I highly recommend it!!!
