Ultimate Reset Day 6

Today was AWESOME because I made a ton of food for the week :)  With "Reset" it is important to have days for food preparation.  Last week I tried to wing it and it made the week more difficult.  Also, I forgot to post yesterday that I went grocery shopping for this week and my list was very small and I did not spend near what I did the first week.  Today, I had a Shakeology for breakfast again, lunch was lentil salad and a salad with their garlic cream dressing (I made it today and it tasted delicious and I made enough for the whole week).  I must admit that even after this is over I will continue to make these dressings.  For dinner I had a root medley which consisted of carrots, onions, beets, and yams all mixed up with some olive oil and himilayian salt.  It was REALLY good.  I also had Zucchini Cashew soup which was just OK.  I also went on a walk with my girls.  I tried to run some but I must admit that my energy level was not to the point of running miles :)  I did however work in the kitchen all day and I don't feel too tired tonight.  I read that some people may have headaches or stomachaches in the first week or two but I have not had either.  I am really excited to take my measurements tomorrow night and I will weigh Tuesday morning :)
